Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods within the specified timeframe, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days from when the order is placed. Shipping time is stated on the checkout page, as delivery days vary based on region and weight.
If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for an additional cost. Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we cannot control on our end and some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier fails to deliver, once proven by the tracking number, the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct.
Shipping details when checking out. We are only responsible for the lost package if the shipping information is entered correctly before your item is shipped out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly mail us at onlinewaterparks@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to give a full refund. We will, however, be able to provide you with a reshipment, but you will have to cover the shipping cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
The order shipping fee is non-refundable as it's collected directly by the shipping couriers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To submit a request, please email us atrosevalentine93@gmail.com.
You are responsible for return shipping fees as well. All items originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. If you have purchased multiples of the same product and have opened more than one package, we can no longer honour our 30-day return policy. You must provide a valid tracking number of your return for us to proceed with the refund. Upon receipt of the return and after product inspection, we will issue your approved refund via the original payment method.
Damaged ProductIn the event that the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to Rosevalentine93@gmail.com. Wash Warrior will cover any related costs if the case is deemed valid.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request item reimbursement.
